The toll free line is designed to support Sercomp’s dealers and their end user accounts with free, real-time support for technical issues related to the full line of imaging supplies marketed by the company. Skilled technicians with specialized training and many years of industry experience monitor the lines and are prepared to offer immediate advice and solutions for common printer and supply questions.

“Many dealers do not have the technical training necessary to properly address issues raised by their customers, states Luis Solis, Quality Performance Manager. We can provide them with many ready solutions that result in incremental sales opportunities and satisfied end users.” Sercomp technicians are available to work directly with the reseller’s staff members and will also represent the dealer in direct communication with the end user if requested.
